Founded with a passion for the construction, real estate, and home improvement industries, our agency is dedicated to providing specialised marketing solutions for businesses in these sectors. James Taylor

James established JTMA after managing home improvement businesses. During a year-long travel break, he recognised his desire for a business that offered time and location flexibility.

 

He identified a gap in his industry: the lack of marketing agencies that understood the intricate customer journeys within construction and home improvement businesses.

 

James aimed to form a marketing agency that truly grasped the industry and could deliver results without requiring constant client involvement.

This is an opportunity for you to learn more about us and for us to learn more about you and your business. During this session, you can ask questions, seek advice, and together we can brainstorm a strategy for your business.

We will discuss your brand, target audience, competitors, analytics, and goals/challenges before creating a customized marketing roadmap specifically tailored to your needs.

Onboarding

It is crucial to set ourselves up for future success and ensure that everyone understands what is expected of them, where they can find necessary information, and how to communicate effectively. During the onboarding process, we will introduce you to your portal page, which will serve as a centralised hub for all marketing-related matters.

 

We will also request company assets and passwords from you, review the project proposal, provide contact information, discuss deliverables, explore idea banks and content calendars, explain processes, establish boundaries, and go over workflows.

Check-in

Our ethos is to create processes that enable business owners to step away from marketing and dedicate more time to their business. We take a hands-off approach, conducting a weekly check-in through Google Spaces or Whatsapp. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to virtually meet on a monthly basis to review the previous month's performance and plan for the upcoming month.

 

During the weekly check-in, we discuss new project proposals, site images, finished photography, and any new product or service releases.
